Ruth Roman died Thursday, aged 75, at Her Laguna Beach home. Ruth Roman was known as a Hollywood screen actor who made waves in Hollywood in the 1950s thanks to her combination of sexuality and purity. Richard Hall, son of Ruth Roman, stated that she passed away peacefully in her sleep. Warner Brothers gave Hall nine main roles, all in the age of two, following her debut opposite Kirk Douglas, in Stanley Kramer's 1949 film adaptation Ring Lardner's short story, Champion in which she played a famous winner who is possessed. Within a single day she went from working with Bette Davis in ''Beyond the Forest'', to appearing alongside Milton Berle in ''Always Leave Them Laughing.'' After the conclusion of ''Strangers on a Train which starred Robert Walker, she was transported to "Tomorrow is another day'' starring Steve Cochran.

During her time in Heroes , Larter made several appearances on film. She first appeared in the Bollywood film Marigold where she earned a pay in the seven figures. The film received mostly positive feedback. Also, she was a part of Resident Evil: Extinction , part 3 in the popular film franchise that is based off the Capcom video games. She was "Claire Redfield", based on the popular video game character with the same name. The movie made it to the top of the box office, tripling its production budget, even though it was not a huge success on the critics.
